GLP-1 Price Watch asks for an email address and nothing else. The form has no fields for a diagnosis, medication, insurance plan, age, location, or any other health information.

If the server is configured with a Supabase project, the address is inserted into the table glp1_price_watch_subscribers. That table allows inserts and does not allow public reads. If the server is not configured, the address is not saved.

Joining the list does not schedule a message and does not promise that one will be sent. The address is not sold. Sponsor placements do not add tracking pixels.
